Lucy's team can host virtually any function...Meetings, Dinner Meetings, Lectures, Receptions, Training, Presentations, Announcements, Committee Meetings or any function you prefer.
We will prepare and set your choice of accommodation to your needs.

Our experience is at your disposal.
We can certainly take and meet your specific instructions, however, you might wish to take advantage of our staffs' years of hosting special events for seating, planning, decorating and timing ideas. There are no fees for our consultation. We want your event to be special - our reputation relies on its success.

We are indeed open to hold your expected space needs while you develop your planning and reach out to your group.
ADJUST MENUS
Look over our group menus, but please do not hesitate to let us know of your personal preferences. We would be pleased to do things special and provide a detailed quote.
ABOUT PAYMENT
If your guests might pay separately and individually we suggest and ask for them to bring along cash or Debit Cards - to save time. And if the host is covering the events' cost Lucy would appreciate payment by cheque.
GRATUITY
Lucy's staff will work diligently to serve you well and to meet a high standard. For groups of over 10 persons a conventional staff gratuity of 15% is added to the tab.

Any non-authorized food and beverage items supplied by the convener may incur a surcharge.
Aunt Lucy’s will require a 25% deposit for each reserved function. Should you decide to cancel, your deposit will be fully refundable up to 15 days prior to the function date. Any cancelation after that time will make your deposit non-refundable.
Note: Visa’s Infinite Credit Cards and MasterCard’s World Elite carry a credit card processing fee of $1.50 per $100.00
