After the passing of our Grandpa, our Grandma was very lonely with the loss of her lifelong partner and love. She was spending a lot of time with our family, and fell in love, more than ever with our Lucy. She would always ask to take her home, inviting her to have sleep overs, and offering to buy her all her favourite treats and watch her favourite shows.

Lucy, who was already 12 years old at the time, had a remarkable ability to bring joy and companionship to Grandma as she struggled with the passing of Grandpa. Seeing the connection and bond that grew between them, our Mom graciously suggested that Lucy move in with her. Although this was a difficult decision to move Lucy from our home to hers, we knew it was the right decision to make as Grandma's happiness was so evident in her new companionship with Lucy.

This powerful experience inspired us to create Aunt Lucy's.

Our hope and vision for Aunt Lucy's is to create a home away from home, where every dog can experience joy and comfort, in the same way they do with their own families.

We can't wait to welcome your furry family member into our home, where they will become a cherished part of the Aunt Lucy's family. Together, we will create beautiful memories, filled with wagging tails, joyful barks, and happy hearts.
